This website is for recipes that are safe for people on MAOIs or MAO Inhibitors to eat. Below is a list of all the recipes we have so far. Please email in any of your own that you wish to share. The point of this website is to act as repository and recipe book for those on MAOIs and the friends and family who wish to feed them.

• Chocolate Mousse (Many chocolate mousse recipes are very dark, lots of bittersweet chocolate and not much cream, and that can be a problem with MAOIs. This is 75% cream and egg, and 25% chocolate chips.)
