Veggie Noodle Soup

Ingredients

• 4 cups vegetable broth
• 2 cups water
• 3-4 celery stalks, chopped
• 3-4 carrots, chopped
• 1 can stewed tomatoes
• 1 tsp italian seasoning
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp kosher salt
• 1 cup pasta

Directions

• Combine all ingredients except pasta and simmer over low to medium heat for 20 minutes.
• Add pasta and simmer another 10 minutes.

Makes 8 servings.

Extra can be frozen and reheated as desired.
