Veggie Noodle Soup
Ingredients
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 cups water
- 3-4 celery stalks, chopped
- 3-4 carrots, chopped
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup pasta
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except pasta and simmer over low to medium heat for 20 minutes.
- Add pasta and simmer another 10 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
Extra can be frozen and reheated as desired.
