Chicken and Rice
- 1 chicken breast, cut into quarters
- 1 cup rice
- 1 cup veggie broth or water
- ½ cup milk
- onion salt
- garlic salt
- Place rice, chicken, and liquids in a casserole pan.
- Sprinkle onion salt, garlic salt, pepper, and parsley over the top.
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake another 10 minutes.
Cool and serve. Makes 4 servings..
